• Post content that is offensive, discriminatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the high-fidelity design environment of the app.

3. Intellectual Property

The curriculum, design challenges, and platform interface are the exclusive property of Lume Academia. Users are granted a limited license to use these resources for personal design learning and portfolio building.

4. Subscription & Payments

Some features of Lume Academia require a paid subscription or a one-time "Lifetime Pass" purchase.

• Payments are processed securely via the App Store and Google Play Store.
• Refund policies are subject to the terms of the respective app stores.
• Subscription features are accessible as long as the account remains in good standing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lume Academia provides learning resources "as is." While we strive for absolute precision in our design education, we do not guarantee specific career outcomes or job placements.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
